My piece “We Found Love Here” wins the judges choice for highschool seniors in a student exhibition. The high school senior winner gets to have their solo show in the AIG Salisbury art gallery the following Spring.
“We Found Love Here” tells the story of an indoor cat who’s body is made up of quilted fabric. She encounters a wild cat on her windowsill and notices his body is not like hers.
She had long dreamed of being on the outside, and dreamed of the day when she could leave her world to join him in the wild.
