Animated movies I watched growing up that heavily inspired my art

These are a compilation of animated films I watched during childhood that heavily impacted my imagination, creativity, and thus my art. Most of these films range from the 1970’s, 1980’s, 1990’s, and eary 2000’s.

My biggest takeaway from these films as a kid is that the world around me requires emotional intelligence and community to get through any obstacle.

I grew to understand that everything in the universe is connected, many of these movies utilizing astronomy and spiritual approach that the character has to come to terms with.

Pain is unavoidable but whether that pain keeps you from moving forward in life depends on you and only you. You are in control of your destiny but at the same time, you can’t have all the answers resisting control can bring you closer to your goal.
