Apart of my Birdland series, an ongoing series of bird-centric illustrations based on jazz music and scores. Inspired by the Quincy Jones song “Past and present of Birdland”, of which is based on the Birdland jazz club and Charlie Parker. Whom the latter was nicknamed the “bird”.
